I started MDV after years in public service — leading grant programs, managing inter-agency initiatives, and helping teams make complex systems easier to understand and use. Over time, I realized I could apply the same structure and clarity to digital design and process work especially for small teams and community-minded organizations.
Now I partner with others to shape digital experiences, streamline workflows, rethink messaging, and bring ideas to life with intention. My focus is always on clarity, usefulness, and helping people feel confident in what they’re building whether it’s a website, a reporting system, or a new way of working.
This work is collaborative by nature and small on purpose. It’s about thoughtful design, practical solutions, and building something that fits.
